European College Career Guidance Program for High School Students

The first stage of career guidance is the career guidance game “Proforientyr”, which was developed by the Ukrainian company “Academy of Games” 
⠀
Professional orientation consists of four games and is held for 2 days of 6 hours. The game is played in a group of 4 to 6 people from 13 years old.

During the game:

Teenagers will get acquainted with the world of professions, learn to analyze professions from different sides and explore the labor market;
⠀
Participants will take a test to determine their personality type (we use the MBTI test);
⠀
Students will learn to choose the professions that best match their psychological personality type;
⠀
Participants will develop and practice useful skills: communication skills and the ability to defend their point of view with arguments, teamwork skills and versatile analysis of professions, the ability to work with open sources of information.
